DAN and International ATMO Offer Scholarships for Chamber Safety Training
The DAN Recompression Chamber Assistance Program (RCAP) and International ATMO, a leader in hyperbaric medical education, have joined together to offer scholarships for hyperbaric safety training in San Antonio, Texas.
To promote the appropriate education of recompression chamber personnel, DAN RCAP will award at least one scholarship annually. Assistance will be in the form of transportation, housing, subsistence, and tuition for two consecutive safety courses: 1) Hyperbaric Safety Director Training Course, and 2) Inspection, Maintenance, and Documentation of Hyperbaric Chamber Acrylics. Course schedules and information are available at: www.hyperbaricmedicine.com.
The scholarship is available to all staff members of remote chambers affected by RCAP. The selection of suitable candidates is based on a number of requirements. For scholarship selection criteria and an application form, Download the ATMO Grant Application (PDF: 15 KB)
