- Emergency Assistance and Transportation
($10,000 Emergency Companion Hospitality Expenses)
In the event you become sick or injured on your trip and need Emergency Assistance, the assistance provider will arrange and transport you to the nearest suitable hospital; provide assistance to return home; round trip economy airfare and hospitality expenses up to $10,000 will be provided to send someone of your choice to be with you in the event you are traveling alone and will be in the hospital more than 7 days; return minor children home with an escort if left unattended due to hospitalization or your death; in the event of death, arrange and transport your remains home or to your place of burial.
- Medical and Dental
Provides coverage for the necessary medical, surgical and emergency dental care costs if you become sick or accidentally injured while on your covered trip. Coverage is in excess of your standard coverage, except where prohibited.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment – Travel Accident
Pays for loss of life or limb if it occurs within 365 days of an accident during your Trip.
- Trip Cancellation
Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if you are prevented from taking your trip due to a covered reason.
- Trip Interruption
Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if your trip is interrupted due to a covered event. Also provides reimbursement for the additional transportation cost to return home or rejoin your group.
- Travel Delay
Provides reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred such as accommodations, meals and local transportation if you are delayed 6 hours or more during your trip due to a covered reason.
- Missed Connection
Provides benefits for additional transportation expenses, local accommodation expenses and unused land or water arrangements if you miss your cruise or tour departure as the result of the cancellation or delay of 3 hours or more of your airline flight due to inclement weather (if benefits are not available elsewhere).
- Sporting Equipment
Covers loss, theft or damage to sports equipment, subject to special limitations. (Premium and Elite Plans only)
- Sporting Equipment Delay
Provides reimbursement for the cost of sporting equipment rentals if your sporting equipment is delayed for more than 24 hours during your covered trip. Premium and Elite Plans only.
- Baggage Coverage
Provides coverage for loss, theft or damage to your baggage and covered personal effects during your covered trip.
- Baggage Delay
Provides reimbursement for the purchase of necessary items if baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours during your covered trip.
- Rental Car Damage (Not available to Texas residents)
Primary damage coverage. Covers cost of repairs for collision damage to a rental car.
- Pre-Existing Medical Conditions (Elite Plan Only)
Pre-existing medical conditions of you or your traveling companions can be accepted as long as all of the following criteria are met: (a) coverage is purchased prior to or within 24 hours of your final Trip Payment; and (b) you are medically able to travel at the time the coverage is purchased; and (c) you insure 100% of your prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions.
- Optional Trip Cancellation For Any Reason (Elite Plan Only) (Not available to residents of NY)
Provides reimbursement up to 75% of unused, non-refundable, prepaid trip cost when you cancel for any reason. Available as an optional upgrade if purchased within 24 hours of initial deposit . Trip must be cancelled 48 hours or more Prior to your scheduled Departure Date. Other conditions apply, please see your Description of Coverage or Policy for details.
- 24/7 Emergency Assistance Services (Provided by CSA's designated provider)
These services offer on-the-spot and immediate assistance for unexpected problems that can arise during your trip. The hotline operates 24/7 for help anytime, any place while traveling.
- On Demand Medical Services (Provided by CSA's designated provider)
This benefit allows you to connect instantly with a network of physicians for advice, information, and treatment which includes prescription medication when appropriate. We can get you to a trusted provider and even handle the payment for acute treatments up to $1,000.
- Concierge Services (Provided by CSA's designated provider)
Features that provides assistance with arranging sporting and entertainment ticketing, fine dining reservations, golf tee times, and special events.
