  • Emergency Medical Evacuation

    ($10,000 Emergency Companion Hospitality Expenses)
    In the event you become sick or injured on your trip and need Emergency Assistance, the assistance provider will arrange and transport you to the nearest suitable hospital; provide assistance to return home; round trip economy airfare and hospitality expenses up to $10,000 will be provided to send someone of your choice to be with you in the event you are traveling alone and will be in the hospital more than 7 days; return minor children home with an escort if left unattended due to hospitalization or your death; in the event of death, arrange and transport your remains home or to your place of burial.

  • Medical and Dental

    Covers usual and customary charges for medical or surgical treatment and emergency dental costs in excess of your standard coverage if you suffer an injury or sickness while on a trip.

  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment – Travel Accident

    Pays for loss of life or limb if it occurs within 365 days of an accident during your Trip.

  • Trip Cancellation

    Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if you are prevented from taking your trip due to a covered reason.

  • Trip Interruption

    Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if your trip is interrupted due to a covered event. Also provides reimbursement for the additional transportation cost to return home or rejoin your group.

  • Travel Delay

    Covers reasonable additional expenses if travel is delayed due to sickness, injury, quarantine, lost or stolen passports, travel documents or money, or common carrier delay or natural disaster.

  • Missed Connection

    Provides benefits for additional transportation expenses, local accommodation expenses and unused land or water arrangements if you miss your cruise or tour departure as the result of the cancellation or delay of 3 hours or more of your airline flight due to inclement weather (if benefits are not available elsewhere).

  • Sporting Equipment

    Covers loss, theft or damage to sports equipment, subject to special limitations. (Premium and Elite Plans only)

  • Sporting Equipment Delay

    Reimburses for the purchase of essential items if baggage is delayed 24 hours. (Premium and Elite Plans only)

  • Baggage

    Covers loss, theft or damage to baggage, cameras, personal effects, passports, credit cards and visas during a trip, subject to special limitations.

  • Baggage Delay

    Provides reimbursement for the emergency purchase of necessary items if baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours during your covered trip.

  • Rental Car Damage

    Primary damage coverage. Covers cost of repairs for collision damage to a rental car. (Not available to Texas residents)

  • Pre-Existing Medical Conditions (Elite Plan Only)

    Pre-existing medical conditions of you or your traveling companions can be accepted as long as all of the following criteria are met: (a) coverage is purchased prior to or within 24 hours of your final Trip Payment; and (b) you are medically able to travel at the time the coverage is purchased; and (c) you insure 100% of your prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions.

  • Trip Cancellation For Any Reason (Optional Coverage)

    In the event you are prevented from taking the Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this plan, this benefit will provide reimbursement up to 75% of non-refundable trip cost. Purchase of this option is only available at the time of initial trip payment/deposit. Other conditions apply. (Not available to NY residents)

    Assistance with any travel emergency or request for general travel information, including lost, stolen or delayed baggage; replacing lost passport or travel documents; emergency cash transfers; pre-trip travel advice; inoculation information; and more.

  • On Demand Medical Services

    This benefit allows you to connect instantly with a network of physicians for advice, information, and treatment which includes prescription medication when appropriate. We can get you to a trusted provider and even handle the payment for acute treatments up to $1,000.

  • Concierge Services

    Features that provides assistance with arranging sporting and entertainment ticketing, fine dining reservations, golf tee times, and special events.
