 Abigale Anderson has joined Divers Alert Network® as a field sales representative, DAN® officials announced recently.
Anderson will represent DAN at key industry events such as industry and consumer trade shows. She will recruit new business members and sell products and services to existing DAN Business Members.
Julie Clarke, DAN coordinator of field sales and events, said the organization is delighted to welcome Anderson to DAN. “In addition to her general background in marketing, promotions and public relations, we were particularly impressed with her ease and general presentation,” Clarke said. “We are confident she will represent DAN well throughout the industry, whether at a trade show or during a store visit.”
A native of New Mexico, Anderson worked for ScubaRadio and ScubaRadio.com in Orlando, Fla., from 2006 to the present. She was an on-air personality, working in public relations, promotions and marketing for the radio show. While at ScubaRadio, she attended several industry events and traveled to various dive locations around the world.
Anderson said joining the team at DAN is a remarkable opportunity. “I am excited to be affiliated with a dive industry leader,” Anderson said. “I look forward to interacting directly with our dive community and hope to provide significant service to our members.”
Certified in CPR and BLS, Anderson is also an Assistant Instructor (NAUI).
