DAN Education Adds More Online Update Sessions for Instructors

DAN Instructors and Instructor Trainers Must Complete Update by June 30
As the release of the revised DAN Education course lineup draws near, so does the deadline by which DAN Instructors and Instructor Trainers must complete a mandatory update to stay current. DAN has been offering update opportunities all year, but additional online sessions have been scheduled to provide more options to those who teach DAN programs.
For those unable to join DAN at one of the updates offered at shows and other locations, two online options are available.
WebEx conferences are being hosted to allow Instructors and Instructor Trainers the chance to combine convenience with a live, real-time update. Each session runs approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and one session satisfies the update requirement. Three dates remain, and pre-registration is required.
- May 10: 2012 DAN Instructor/IT Update
- May 26: 2012 DAN Instructor/IT Update
- June 16: 2012 DAN Instructor/IT Update
Instructors can also complete an online update. The link will be found in the Instructors-Only section of the DAN website and includes audio components required to receive credit for participation. This final update option will be available May 1.
All updates must be completed by June 30, 2012, as full implementation of the new DAN training programs is required by July 1, 2012. Anyone who has not completed the program by that date will move to sustaining status until the update is completed.
